Molybdenum is a metallic element with high strength, high melting point, and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in industry. my country's molybdenum ore beneficiation technology has a history of half a century. At present, the gap between my country's molybdenum ore beneficiation technology and that of advanced countries is getting smaller and smaller.
Molybdenum ore beneficiation mainly adopts flotation process. Molybdenum ore beneficiation mainly includes molybdenum ore beneficiation, copper-molybdenum beneficiation, tungsten-molybdenum beneficiation and molybdenum-bismuth beneficiation, and the production of molybdenum concentrate, etc.
The commonly used methods for separating copper-molybdenum ores are sodium sulfide method and sodium cyanide method to separate copper and molybdenum and refine molybdenum concentrate. The concentration factor of molybdenum mainly depends on its total concentration ratio. Generally speaking, the higher the total concentration ratio, the more times of concentration; otherwise, the concentration time will be reduced.
In recent years, in order to meet the export needs of molybdenum concentrates, molybdenum concentrators usually use hydrochloric acid-ferric chloride leaching process to remove impurities in molybdenum concentrates.
1. The molybdenum ore is first coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher, then crushed to a reasonable fineness by the fine jaw crusher, and then sent to the silo through the elevator.
2. The feeder feeds the ball mill evenly for grinding.
3. The finely ground mineral powder enters the spiral classifier, and the mineral mixture is cleaned and classified using the principle that different specific gravity corresponds to different settling speeds
4. Then send it to the flotation machine through the mixing barrel for flotation, and add corresponding flotation chemicals according to different mineral properties. The bubbles in the flotation machine collide with the mineral particles and are statically separated from the bubble union, thereby separating the required minerals and other substances.
5. After flotation, use a high-efficiency concentrator to dehydrate the water contained in the mineral concentrate.
