Fluorite, as a mineral resource with abundant reserves in the world, plays an irreplaceable role in the industrial field with its unique physical and chemical properties.
Through advanced flotation technology, we can effectively separate and purify fluorite concentrates of different grades from these ores to meet different industrial needs.
Acid grade fluorite concentrate: CaF2 content is as high as 97%~98%, SiO2 content is less than 1%, mainly used in the fluorine chemical industry, to prepare hydrofluoric acid, and then used in high-end fields such as refrigerants, aerospace, and information technology.
Ceramic grade fluorite concentrate: CaF2 content is between 85%~97%, SiO2 content is less than 3%, CaCO3 content is less than 1%, Fe2O3 content is less than 0.12%, suitable for metallurgy, glass, ceramics and other industries.
Metallurgical grade fluorite concentrate: CaF2 content is 75%~85%, SiO2 content is less than 5%, CaCO3 content is 4%~5%, mainly used as flux in the metallurgical industry.
Metallurgical Industry: Fluorite, as a flux, can reduce slag viscosity, improve charge fluidity, and reduce energy consumption.
Glass Industry: As a flux, it can reduce melting temperature, reduce fuel consumption, and improve production efficiency.
Ceramic Industry: Improve glaze quality and increase product gloss.
Cement Industry: As a mineralizer, it can reduce sintering temperature and shorten production cycle.
Optical Industry: Use its good ultraviolet and infrared transmittance to make advanced optical components.
Through continuous technological innovation and optimization of mineral processing technology, we can overcome the complexity of fluorite ore, improve the utilization efficiency of associated fluorite, maximize the utilization of resources, and contribute to social and industrial development.
