With the continuous consumption of high-grade and easy-to-recover Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic ores, the separation of Pb-Zn-Ag polymetallic sulfide ores with complex structure and difficult separation has attracted more and more attention.
The separation methods of polymetallic ores mainly include: flotation-magnetic separation combined separation method, preferential flotation method, mixed flotation method, etc.
This article mainly introduces the flotation-magnetic separation combined separation method, including the following steps:
Step 1: Pulp Preparation
Use a crusher to crush the polymetallic raw ore, and use a ball mill to grind to -0.074mm after crushing, and then obtain 30% to 40% ore pulp through adjustment.
Step 2: Lead Ore Flotation
Add inhibitors to the slurry, and use a flotation machine to conduct a rough separation to obtain lead ore rough concentrates and tailings; add inhibitors to the tailings for sweeping to obtain middlings and tailings, and middlings are swept again Afterwards, add inhibitors to the lead roughing concentrate for concentration to obtain middle ore and concentrate; the middle ore returns to the flotation machine for further concentration;
Step 3: Magnetic Separation
Use a magnetic separator to conduct magnetic separation on the lead sweep tailings to obtain magnetic separation concentrates and magnetic separation tailings;
Step 4: Tailings Dehydration
Concentrate, dehydrate and dry the magnetic separation tailings with a thickener, and the pulp enters the next flotation stage;
Step 5: Zinc Ore Flotation
Add inhibitors to the concentrated pulp after dehydration of the tailings, and use a flotation machine to conduct rough separation of zinc ore to obtain zinc roughing concentrate and zinc roughing tailings; add inhibitors to the tailings and perform sweeping to obtain medium The ore and tailings; the middle ore returns to the flotation machine for re-sweeping; the inhibitor is added to the concentrate for beneficiation to obtain the middle ore and concentrate; the middle ore returns to the flotation machine for re-selection.
