Spodumene is rich in mineral resources, but its compositional structure is complex, the mineral particle size is uneven, there are many kinds of gangue minerals, and the utilization rate of mineral resources is relatively low.

The spodumene beneficiation methods commonly used in actual production mainly include flotation and gravity separation, which need to be combined with other beneficiation methods to separate and enrich other useful components in the ore.

The flotation method is one of the more important methods for sorting spodumene. After the raw ore is crushed, the coarse-grained and fine-grained spodumene are pre-selected by gradation dual media, and the coarse-grained and fine-grained spodumene concentrate products are obtained respectively. . Gravity separation and separation of spodumene has the advantages of less investment, low cost and high grade concentrate. Therefore, after the combination of the two, the beneficiation efficiency of spodumene is effectively improved. The specific process includes the following steps:

(1) Coarsely crush and finely crush the spodumene raw ore, and then screen the spodumene.

(2) The screened spodumene ore is graded by a hydrocyclone to obtain light products and heavy products, and the heavy products are screened and removed to obtain spodumene concentrate 1.

(3) The light product is naturally dried after screening and removing the medium, and then secondary crushed to 4mm, and the hydrocyclone classification, screening and removing the medium are repeated again to obtain the spodumene concentrate 2.

(4) Concentrate the overflow product obtained by the above-mentioned hydrocyclone sorting, grind it after concentrating, and adjust the slurry with water again. After the slurry adjustment is completed, add regulators (sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide, the dosage is 5001500g/ t and 400~1000g/t), activator (calcium chloride, the dosage is 50~300g/t) and collector (one or two of oleic acid, sodium oleate and oxidized soap wax, the dosage is 50 ~ 200g/t), multiple beneficiation and sweeping were carried out to obtain spodumene concentrate 3.

(5) Combine the spodumene concentrates 1, 2 and 3 to obtain qualified spodumene concentrates.
