How to Upgrade Quartz Ore Plant to Produce High Purity Quartz Sand？

Many old quartz ore plants suffer from outdated crushing-grinding circuits, weak impurity removal capacity, unstable product quality, high water and power consumption and insufficient automation. Most of these aging facilities were built based on past market requirements, and cannot meet the current high-purity quartz sand standard for ceramics, glass and advanced materials. Plant renovation starts with full metallurgical diagnosis, including mineral composition, impurity occurrence, existing bottlenecks and site layout constraints. The first renovation module is crushing and closed-circuit screening. Old single-stage crushing is upgraded to two-stage closed-circuit crushing, stabilizing feed size to the grinding section and reducing unnecessary coarse particles.
