【Product Introduction】: SF flotation cell is a mechanical agitation type with slurry suction and air suction.
【Applicable Materials】:It can be widely used in the selection of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.
【Production Capacity】:0.24~12m3/min
【Product Application】:The impeller of the flotation machine is equipped with backward-inclined blades on both sides, which can realize the double circulation of the slurry in the tank; the forward-inclined tank body has small dead angles and fast foam movement.
The impeller is equipped with backward-inclined double-sided blades, which can realize the double circulation of the slurry in the tank;
The gap between the impeller and the cover is large, and the suction volume is large;
The impeller has low peripheral speed and long service life of wearing parts;
Forward-inclined tank, small dead angle, fast foam movement speed;
Large air intake and low energy consumption;
Long life of wearing parts;
Conducive to the flotation of coarse-grained minerals;
Mechanical stirring, self-absorption, self-absorption of ore slurry;
It can be combined with JJF flotation machine to form a combined flotation unit as the suction tank for each operation.
The working principle of the SF flotation machine is that when the impeller rotates, the pulp in the upper and lower impeller cavities generates centrifugal force under the action of the upper and lower blades and is thrown around, so that a negative pressure zone is formed in the upper and lower impeller cavities. At the same time, the pulp on the upper part of the cover plate is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the circulation hole on the cover plate to form an upward circulation of the pulp. When the lower blade throws out the pulp to the surroundings, the lower part of the pulp is replenished to the center, thus forming a downward circulation of the pulp. The air is sucked into the upper impeller cavity through the suction pipe and the central tube, and mixed with the sucked ore slurry to form a large number of small bubbles. After the steady flow through the cover plate, the air is evenly dispersed in the tank to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized bubbles float up to the foam layer and are scraped out by the scraper to become the foam product.
The structure of the sf flotation machine is mainly composed of a tank body, main parts equipped with an impeller, a motor, a scraper, and a transmission device. Its volume is greater than 10m3.
