1. Scrubbing and desludging process

2. Gravity selection

Gravity selection is suitable for coarse-grained phosphate ores with large density differences between gangue minerals and phosphate ore. Heavy medium gravity selection is usually used. This phosphate ore beneficiation process is simple and has less environmental pollution, but fine particles cannot be recovered. At present, the gravity selection phosphate ore beneficiation process is mainly used for the pre-selection of low-grade phosphate ore.

3. Flotation

Flotation is suitable for complex and difficult phosphate ores. According to the ore properties of different phosphate ores, it is divided into direct flotation, single reverse flotation, direct-reverse flotation (reverse-direct flotation), double reverse flotation, etc. This is widely used, and the obtained phosphate concentrate has high grade and high recovery rate, which is also the mainstream of the current phosphate beneficiation process.

4. Heavy magnetic flotation combined flotation

Heavy magnetic flotation combined flotation is suitable for comprehensive recovery of various associated useful minerals in phosphate ores. This phosphate beneficiation process can fully recover phosphate ores and their useful associated minerals, and has a high utilization rate of ore, but the process is complicated.

5 Roasting method

Roasting method is suitable for phosphate ores such as phosphorite with high calcium content. This method has mature technology, but high infrastructure investment, difficult calcination technology, and high energy consumption.
