Experimental studies have proved that acid flotation has a better effect on improving the recovery rate of copper, and the recovery rate of copper can be increased by more than 5%, mainly because the refractory black copper ore contained in the ore has alternating sulfide layers and brucite layers. Due to the special structure of overlapping arrangement, the surface of black copperite particles is often covered by brucite layer, which loses the buoyancy, while acid flotation can dissolve the surface brucite layer in advance, exposing the sulfide layer, so that black copper ore Mine becomes easy to choose.
