(2) For low-grade ore with fine-grained ore, desliming (washing) and sediment separation, flotation of particle size, strong slurry stirring method (scrubbing the mineral surface, removing the gangue mineral cover) and medium Ore fine grinding—eliminate the process of "mineral self-agglomeration", improve the buoyancy of target minerals, and strengthen the recovery of fine-grained metal minerals.

(3) For low-grade ores that are complex and difficult to separate, by making full use of the physical and chemical properties of different minerals, a combined beneficiation method can be considered for recycling, such as using dense The dense ore is extracted, the disseminated ore is thrown away, and then flotation is carried out. The combined technology of physical beneficiation + chemical beneficiation is used to recover relatively dispersed and low-content metals in disseminated ores.

(4) For oxidized ores, acid flotation, segregation-magnetic separation, bioleaching, and electrochemical control flotation can be considered to strengthen the recovery of oxidized nickel and copper. Experimental studies have proved that acid flotation has a better effect on improving the recovery rate of copper, and the recovery rate of copper can be increased by more than 5%, mainly because the refractory black copper ore contained in the ore has alternating sulfide layers and brucite layers. Due to the special structure of overlapping arrangement, the surface of black copperite particles is often covered by brucite layer, which loses the buoyancy, while acid flotation can dissolve the surface brucite layer in advance, exposing the sulfide layer, so that black copper ore Mine becomes easy to choose.
